Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
If tickets are still available for a later performance date, you may exchange your ticket for that performance up to one hour prior to your ticketed performance by contacting the venue at UHStheater@usd116.org

General Policies
Doors open approximately 30 minutes prior to showtime.

Performances are general admission.

If you have accessibility needs, please contact us in advance (UHStheater@usd116.org) and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs so that you may fully enjoy the performance.

Please note any age recommendations on a performance that you are attending. Some performances may not be appropriate for audience members under the age of 13. All audience members under the age of 13 should be accompanied by an adult.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Urbana High School Drama Club). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
